The research company Ytteborg can offer at carry out GEP-trials, ordinary trials and screenings. The GEP-approval got we in the year 2000. In 2006 got we a renewal for another period of six years. Within GEP trials have we biggest experiences with efficiency and phytotoxicity trials with herbicides. Most of the trials we conduct are national field trials, which we carry out in corporation with “Dansk Landbrugsrådgivning” and the National Center for Agriculture. Connecting all these fulfill we all requirements for quality in national trials.

We use most of all small scale plot trials and three meter plots. We establish also various kinds of demonstration plots. The machinery is accommodated to trial work and includes for example 1,5m Wintersteiger sowing machine, Haldrup grass harvester and Haldrup combine with the program Harvest Manager. We use as much as possible electronically equipment to collect, process and archive our data, because after our experiences is this the safest and quickest way to process data.

We fulfill trials with cereals, rape, seed grass, roughage, potatoes and catch crop every year. Trials with other crops are also possible. The trials will be carrying out in areas, species and variety tests, plant protection, fertilization, cultivation and cultivation strategy. They will be spread over a big area in west Jutland. We advise a large selection of possible research locations both on conventional and ecological farms inclusive different soils from sand over clay up till humus soil.
